Project Description

Yixing, in Jiangsu Province, china, is very rich in limestone resources, there are more than 80 limestone karst caves that has been found. This project makes full use of its geographical advantages, that is, adequate raw materials, mountain near the river and convenient transportation.

As the final powder need to be used in the highway construction, we recommend the customer MTW175 European Trapezium Mill according to the final product character and the capacity required. And we configure an intelligent control system for him, which can control the high-end grinding equipment in an intelligent and convenient way. By computer, touch screen and mobile phone, the customer can realize on-site supervision for the equipment and effective scientific management. Because of the intelligent control system, we can provide more efficient, intelligent, comprehensive and perfect solutions for the powder making industry. In addition, we also configure a dedicated dust removal equipment, which can basically achieve dust-free operation and reduce the noise in the workshop.

Technological Process

When working, the material that meets the standard of grinding is sent to the regulating bunker by bucket elevator, and then sent to the MTW175 European grinding mill evenly and continuously by belt conveyor. The materials that meets the fineness requirements will be separated and collected in the cyclone collector, and the finished powder will be discharged from the discharge port A and the discharge port B.
