Quartz Stone Grinding Mill

The composition of quartz stone is silicon dioxide, which is very stable in physical and chemical properties. It has brittleness, pyroelectricity, piezoelectricity and other characteristics. It can be made into glass after melting. Glass products such as pipes; also can be used as ceramics, refractories, abrasive materials, metallurgy, construction, chemical, electronics, aerospace and other industrial raw materials.

PROCESSING TECHNOLOGY

Quartz powder can be generally divided into coarse powder processing (0-3MM), fine powder processing (20 mesh-400 mesh), and ultrafine powder deep processing (400 mesh-1250 mesh) and micro powder processing (1250 mesh-3250)

The first stage: Crushing

1

Large pieces of quartz stone are crushed by the crusher to the feed fineness (15mm-50mm) that can enter the mill.

The second stage: Milling

2

The crushed small piece of quartz stone is sent to the silo by the hoist, and then sent to the grinding chamber of the mill by the vibrating feeder for grinding.

The third stage: Grading

3

The ground quartz powder is classified by a classifier, and the unqualified powder is classified by the classifier and returned to the host for re-milling.

The fourth stage: Collecting

4

Fine powder complies with the fineness and airflow go through the pipe into the dust collector for separation and collection. The finished powder will be transmitted to bucket elevator by screw conveyor and lifted into Silo for storage by Bucket elevator , then packed uniformly by powder tanker or automatic packing machine.
