The mineral falls onto the center of the grinding disc through the feeder outlet. When passing through the grinding roller area, it is crushed by the grinding roller. Large pieces are directly crushed, and fine particles are squeezed to form a material bed for inter- particle grinding.
The ground mineral is carried away by the strong airflow of the wind ring, while the larger mineral particles fall back to the grinding disc for further grinding. The powder in the airflow passes through the separator blades, and the coarse particles return to the grinding disc for grinding. The qualified fine powder is discharged from the mill along with the airflow and collected by the powder collector as final product.
